Hey, I'm Tala
Growing up, I constantly heard that having kids would “ruin” my body. Before starting a family, I worked hard, trained consistently, and reached a place where I felt strong and confident.
When I became pregnant, I didn’t want to stop moving, I wanted to keep training safely, intentionally, and with complete confidence in my changing body.
But when I searched for guidance, it wasn’t easy. One coach said he would “try,” and another gave me a program that didn’t reflect the needs of a pregnant body. That’s when I realized how limited proper support truly was.

At the time, I was already studying for my personal training certification, so I began digging deeper into pre and postnatal fitness. I took my first 2-day workshop, but left with more questions than answers. Is this really all that qualifies someone to train pregnant or postpartum women?
Determined to find better information, I pursued a Women’s Fitness Specialist certification. And still I had questions. Especially during my own postpartum recovery. I struggled to find clear guidance on diastasis, safe core training, and exercises that actually felt right for my healing body. That’s when I knew I had to go further.

And I believe this deeply:
