Four weeks is a great starting point to build healthy habits and kickstart your journey. You’ll begin to feel stronger and more consistent. But for visible, lasting changes, especially in strength, muscle tone, and postpartum recovery, 12 weeks is the ideal place to start. After that, you can renew every 4 weeks to continue progressing with updated programs and ongoing support.

Not necessarily. Many clients begin with just their bodyweight, especially during early pregnancy or postpartum. If you have equipment, I’ll design the program around what you already own. If not, I’ll guide you toward simple, affordable essentials only if and when you’re ready.
